Naked Eye Stargazing with Cosmic Joe

Learn about everything under the stars with former NASA Ames Researcher Joe Jordan. We are so pleased and honored to have Joe for Stargazing at Costanoa. Joe took part in the studies that led to rescue of earth’s stratospheric ozone layer. Joe will entertain and educate you with facts, stories and humor regarding the celestial kingdom. Fabulous show, you will not be disappointed, even it if appears to be cloudy outside!

The Perseid meteor shower will grace the summer skies in mid-August as one of the biggest showers of the year. The meteor shower will peak from midnight on August 11 to dawn on August 13. Definitely, not an event to miss here at Costanoa!
